Omg Dr. Shaun Jordan is the best. She is kind, patient, and answered all my questions. She is a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend her. I am super happy with her. The care is perfect. They care a lot and she gave me prenatal care immediately.

I booked an appointment for 9am this morning which was confirmed by an email, I drove 1 hr to the location, got into the building and waiting at their entrance Suite 205 just to get a call from them saying they can’t attend to me and also I need to make donations in order for them to attend to me! She went on to ask if I had insurance and the type it is, I told her and she said they can’t attend to me because I have private insurance so I need to go to my primary health provider! They knew all these but here on their page they said, no insurance etc needed, no matter your race etc they will attend to you! But clearly you don’t attend to the brown skin people!Its so frustrating to drive 1hr here get to the location and be told this! Why can’t they at least call an hour ahead? Why wait for the person to get to the location?Find attached photo of what you have on your website for those that can receive your service! Also your email said I should arrive 15 minutes before my appointment! Why all those details? You don’t expect to be able to arrive 15min ahead if I am still home after 9am

I don’t know where I would have been during my pregnancy and postpartum without Claris. They are the ONLY clinic that provides help when you actually need it. They care tremendously about their clients. They go above and beyond to make sure you are okay, have resources you need, and that you feel seen and heard. Monica is a saint. Although, it is extremely painful and emotional to relive the past. Monica sat with me as I talked about my abortion that took place 20 years ago. I had stored my pain away so deep that I was unaware of its effects on my current life. By God’s grace Claris Health found its way into my life and I am forever grateful. It’s never too late to heal. My experience was wonderful. The staff was calm and friendly. I was seen right away and provided professional care in a clean and inviting environment. I HIGHLY recommend this facility. I am so thankful for Claris Health, and especially Nancy and all of the staff who work here and have made this place an incredible resource for empowerment and care during my pregnancy. I first came at the start of my pregnancy, for my first ultrasound, when I didn’t yet have insurance- they not only provided the ultrasound service but offered many resources to help me both during pregnancy, and more I can use once I have my baby. Their warm, compassionate and very professional manner of providing services made me feel so well taken care of!

It was my first time at Claris Health and I wish every doctor’s office visit was as easy and smooth as this one. The receptionist Nancy was a delight to communicate with from the very first phone call. They made scheduling a routine checkup a breeze working around my availability and giving all the information needed. No wait for the appointment, no paperwork (all is digital on your phone and their tablet), they were able to see me immediately when I came in.I was seen by Kristina Dahlin. She is very professional and her work ethic is impeccable, she put me at ease right away, made me feel extremely comfortable and created an environment where I was able to be transparent and get everything I needed out of the visit.Another thing I appreciated was that for the payment they have a separate room outside of the waiting area, they take privacy very seriously.Will definitely be back and recommend to others!

This spot doesn’t have an audit yet!? I’m on my sweethearts email right, so… In any case, I went in with my sweetheart. The entire staff in a real sense, was so amazing. They were so sweet, obliging, informative…. I went in feeling like a disaster area, and left feel so zen. I failed to remember the receptionists name, she had glasses and light hair simply past her shoulders. She is a holy person. She worked me out of an uneasiness assault and she doesn’t have any acquaintance with it. At any rate, extraordinary spot… extremely perfect, agreeable staff, quick, effective. I would totally prescribe this spot to any individual who needs some additional assistance..

I’ve been a patient here at Claris Health (West Los Angeles) over a span of maybe 25 years and I must say, they’re managing to keep me alive and kicking and I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful. I LOVED Claris. And Stacy is an AWESOME DOCTOR. She helped me with EVERYTHING to even helping me give birth to my Mina Baby. The staff at Claris Health at the Inglewood location were attentive and very friendly, I am so sad that the Inglewood location closed and Stacy guess what…we are expecting again, Dany and I would love to go back to the classes that were offered by you, but since COVID-19 we are sad that it won’t be the same as before. I would love if someone got in contact with me. Thank you!

I don’t recommend stacy at all, she just wants to make herself look good and doesnt care about patients, she’s very pushy and discharged me saying I’m high risk for missing an appointment during covid and then wouldn’t recommend me for a breast pump

I have called at least 8 times during normal business hours and am always answered by an automated message saying they are away and to leave a message. I visited 6 days ago and was told they would follow up in about 2 days. Very unprofessional and odd considering I called and spoke to the Inglewood location to ask them to reach this office and get back to me.

I really cannot say enough about Claris Health. The staff seem to truly care for their clients. They offer many services including medical services for STI testing, women’s exams, and pregnancy, as well as classes, counseling, support groups, and many other resources! If you’re pregnant and in need of some good love, resources, and people who truly care and listen, I highly recommend this place!
